Our receptionist and administrative speaking 4 languages (English, French, German and Spanish), with a strong tourism background. Blanca joined the Marbella Unique Properties team in 2013 in the Puerto Banus office, where she performs duties including administration, secretarial, reception and coordinates the team as well as multiple marketing tasks. Whether you choose to call us or visit our offices, Blanca will be your first point of contact.

SOPHIA ZANCAN

Is responsible for our listings, she will be delighted to appraise your property without obligation, she can assist you in English, Spanish and Italian. Sophia joined the Marbella Unique Properties team in December 2014, now dedicated to dealing directly with owners and is proud of the number of luxury homes Marbella continues to offer. Highly experienced with an eclectic variety of business skills, she welcomes  you to visit her in our Puerto Banus offices to answer any questions or queries you may have about your property and the current Real Estate market in Marbella, for both sales and rentals.

CRISTIAN LÓPEZ TORRES 

Is part of our sales team bilingual in English and Spanish, very active, young and experienced in the Real Estate sector, he represents the new generation of Marbella Unique Properties team, always ready to offer help and accept the challenge to find each client their perfect home both for sales and rentals.

VLADIMIR BABICHEV

Is the latest addition to the Marbella Unique Properties sales team, of Russian origin, he came to Marbella over 20 years ago and is completely dedicates to the Marbella Real Estate market, with a large portfolio of satisfied clients and experience that he offers to each new client. Able to guide the customer in the current Marbella market to successfully find the property that suits their exact needs, he is fluent in Spanish, English, German and Russian.

Born in Germany she is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish. With discretion and efficiency she closes deals on a regular basis.

LUCIO GONZALEZ

Founding partner of Marbella Unique Properties, born in Malaga and grown up in Marbella allowing him to see the city and Costa del Sol transform firsthand. Bilingual in Spanish and English, through just under 20 years working in the Marbella Real Estate market he is proud to know the city and its surroundings inside out, he is able to advise clients every step of the way when purchasing a or selling a property in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol.
