Advertising your property: We advertise your property on our website as well as through the variety of advertising channels that we have available and at our service.

Filtering and selecting the rental tenants: All clients, whether they come from our large database of qualified clients or if they are referred to us, present references and comply with our company requirements as well as with each owners requirements. By bringing references each client can be fully checked out before entering the property.

We carry out the whole process for you: We negotiate the best possible price for the property, we make a full contract with terms and conditions approved by the owner, contracts are supervised by reputable and well known expert lawyers in the real estate field. On top of that we can also offer to track payments made by the tenant.

Deposits and peace of mind for the owner: We take a deposit and guarantee for the property to cover any possible incidents and ensure expense bills for repairs or replacement.

We take a photographic inventory of the property: A photographic inventory is taken before and after the property rental, including interior and exterior photos to make sure it is handed back in the same condition as given.

We check all property installations: Including electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning, TVs, fireplaces, swimming pool, gardens etc.

Management of services: Upon the owners request and in particular for owners who live abroad or not on the Costa del Sol, we can manage your requests such as changing direct debits for bills, or to maintain the property including organizing possible repairs.

Saying goodbye to the clients: Upon checkout we visit the property together with the tenants and check to ensure the property is handed back in the same condition as it was handed over, and also receive feedback on behalf of the tenant.

Final Visit: Once the tenants have left, we visit the property once more for a more thorough check and also prepare the house for the next customer. Supervising basic services, cleaning and laundry.

What happens if something in the property breaks or doesn’t work whilst we are away and not on hand to return to the property?

We will inform you of the repair or replacement, from a broken glass to a lack of gas in the air conditioning or any incident that may occur.

We request three quotes and send the most appropriate.

When you give us the OK and confirm the go ahead, we will follow and track the service or repair to completion.

The cost of the service may be applicable to the tenant, in the above example of a glass, or to the owner in the above example of the lack of gas in the air conditioning unit.
