La Trinidad and Altos Reales

Two developments with two different lifestyles in the most private area of the Golden Mile.

Recently we have talked about some ‘hidden/unique’ places of Marbellas Golden Mile that are not so well known, and looking on the map again we note a few high-quality developments that are small peaceful oasis that many foreigners may not be aware of. La Trinidad

The beautiful residential complex of La Trinidad was built on one of the most precious areas of the city, on Marbellas Golden Mile. The land that the development is built on comprises of  7 hectares, right next to King Fhads’ Palace, with an abundance of subtropical gardens among which we find charming ponds and fountains, as well as 2 swimming pools and various sun bathing and relaxation areas.

Extremely private and secure, La Trinidad is a completely gated community, with controlled door, 24 hour security guards and security cameras. Every apartment in this luxury development has been constructed to the highest quality standard and boasts luxury quality finishes. The buildings are laid out in a large semicircle encompassing the gardens and pools, with the La Concha Mountain to the North, acting as a stunning backdrop and the blue Mediterranean Sea to the South.

Residents and their guests can enjoy a variety of facilities and services without needing to leave the complex and travelling into Marbella town itself. In addition to the 2 outdoor swimming pools, La Trinidad has a heated indoor pool open throughout the year, individual saunas for men and women, a fully equipped gym, and a Ping-Pong table. Altos Reales – Royal Heights

Altos Reales is set on the foothills of the La Concha Mountain overlooking Marbella and is one of the most exclusive residential villa complexes in the area, along with Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján and the Monte Paraíso Country Club golf community. Composed of two independent communities, completely gated and secure known as Altos Reales A and Altos Reales B.

These two complexes are among the few along the entire Costa del Sol that are truly gated and are the most private in the area. Both have a single entrance and exit point, controlled by 24 hour security service, the roads within the complexes are totally private and solely for residents use. Guests and visitors can only access the complex with pre-approved authorization and confirmation from the owners.

Altos Reales A was built in the early 90s and is the smaller of the two complexes, with a total of 28 villas all painted white. This community has excellent security history and the community fees include private garden and swimming pool maintenance, by a specialized team of gardeners contracted for this community. The 24 hour security service is also contracted for this community. Altos Reales B works slightly differently, it is the larger part of the complex and boasts a beautiful park with green areas, creating an ideal environment for families, enjoying walking pets, a play area for the children and a paddle tennis court for residents use. All the villas have been built extremely well with the highest qualities and finishes. This communities owner are responsible for the maintenance of their own gardens and swimming pools.
