One of the most exciting and dynamic residential areas of Marbella East, located right next to Marbella town, extending between Arroyo Paloma and Arroyo Realejo. Elviria offers a large commercial center split into 2 main parts with all amenities and services just off the main coast road. This area is surrounded by nature and large forests. CABOPINO – “the most magical”

This magical area of marine pine forests and sandy dunes is located to the most eastern point of Marbella and has it all: fabulous beaches, a picturesque marina, a wonderful golf course and an excellent choice of properties. The beachside area of Cabopino boasts Marbella’s most beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters and the emblematic historical sight Torre Ladrones – “the Tower of thiefs”, that makes for stunning holiday shots. The Cabopino beach borders The Artola dunes natural park to one side and The Cabopino marina to the other. The marina boasts a large number of beach bars “Chiringuitos” and restaurants and is surrounded by a quality urban complex, completely integrated into its surrounding natural setting.
