Beachside, The New Golden Mile

The New Golden Mile is ideally located between the town of San Pedro De Alcántara and the larger city of Estepona, both traditional in style, busy and lively year round. Less affected by the surge of tourists in the high seasons that you may find in the more famous touristic areas of Puerto Banus and Marbella, making for established residential communities that are lived in and enjoyed year in year out. With 20kms of wonderful coastline, beach side properties on the New Golden Mile have always been and continue to be in high demand.
